The Denver Broncos will face the New York

Jets on September 29, 2024, at MetLife Stadium, with kickoff set for 11 a.m. MT. Denver, coming off its first win of the 2024 season, aims to build on that momentum and move back to a .500 record. Quarterback Bo Nix had a strong showing in the Week 3 win against Tampa Bay, and the team hopes to start fast again, much like their opening-drive touchdown from last week.

Nix's connection with wide receiver Courtland Sutton and contributions from running backs Javonte Williams, Jaleel McLaughlin, and Tyler Badie are expected to play key roles in the Broncos' offensive strategy. Denver's defense, which posted seven sacks last week, will face the challenge of containing Jets QB Aaron Rodgers and standout wide receiver Garrett Wilson. Key players like cornerbacks Pat Surtain II and Riley Moss will be tasked with limiting the Jets' downfield passing game, while safety Brandon Jones looks to continue his big-play impact after securing both an interception and a fumble recovery last week.

For special teams, kicker Wil Lutz, fresh off winning AFC Special Teams Player of the Week honors, could be pivotal again. The Broncos' injury report lists safety JL Skinner (ankle) as out, while tight end Nate Adkins (shoulder) and wide receiver Josh Reynolds (Achilles) are set to play. The Jets will be without offensive lineman Morgan Moses (knee), while linebacker C.J. Mosley is doubtful.
